Terms

Kikapu alpha terms.

Kikapu is alpha-stage open-source software and community infrastructure. Use is at your risk. No service level, availability, support, backup, durability, security outcome, suitability, or uninterrupted-operation guarantee is made.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your workloads, data, users, credentials, legal compliance, network traffic, backups, and response to abuse. Keep independent backups. Current public marketplace scheduling remains private-only and disabled pending legal review.

Enforcement and changes

Kikapu Contributors or operators may refuse, suspend, quarantine, stop, remove, or investigate workloads and revoke credentials for safety, policy, operations, or law; urgent action may occur without notice. These terms incorporate public Acceptable Use. MIT license governs code only, not hosted services, names, logos, or third-party components.

Data and security

Node owners with root access can inspect workload data and environment values. Do not treat Kikapu as confidential compute. Data loss, node withdrawal, failure, quarantine, or removal can occur.
