Never use Kikapu for

Illegal activity or content; malware, ransomware, botnets; unauthorized access, scanning, exploitation, or interference; denial-of-service; spam; credential theft, stuffing, phishing, token abuse; unapproved resource mining; or evasion of policy, attribution, enforcement, quarantine, and resource controls.

Enforcement

Tenant remains responsible. Operators may reject, suspend, quarantine, stop, remove, revoke, preserve, or disclose records as reasonably required for safety, incident response, or law. Node donation is opt-in; donor may withdraw capacity at any time.
